In Part 1 we talked about learning from your mistakes, building confidence, and getting clear on your vision, and in this episode, we’re covering the self-care side of leadership: how to stand up for yourself, set boundaries, and outsource.

Stepping into your role as a leader might be challenging if you were brought up to be a people pleaser and perfectionist, but it’s a really important step on your path to success in your design business. You need to be able to lead a job, a team, and even yourself.

This episode is a reminder that an effective leader sets boundaries and puts herself first so that she can show up as her best self for her team and clients.
