Episode 47: Take Back Your Time

“If only I had another day in the week, then I could get it all done.”

“If I just had two more hours in the day, I could finish everything.”

How many times have you said something like that? For me, it’s a lot, that’s for sure, but those aren’t real options, so let’s chat about what you can do instead to take back your time.

In this episode, we’re talking about how to figure out where your time is going, eliminate time wasters, and set boundaries on your time. Once your time is used, there’s no getting back, so I want to help you get in control of your time and spend it on the things that are most important to you.

Topics We Cover in This Episode:

  • Why time is your most valuable currency
  • How to cherish your time
  • Identifying what is taking up your time
  • How to get in control of your time
  • The benefits of tracking your time for a couple of weeks
  • Why you need to stop people pleasing
  • Learning to say no
  • Boundaries that you need to have in place

Time is one of the hardest things to get under control, but when you do, it opens up so many possibilities for your business. If you start tracking your time and implementing some of the tips from this episode, I think you’ll realize that you have a lot more time in your day.
