Gratitude Challenge

I want to talk to you about gratitude today. Gratitude is defined as the practice of being thankful for all that we have received. That can be tangible things like clothes, cars, and houses. Or it can be intangible like love, relationships, and emotional support. All of that counts as gratitude.

We know from science that people who practice gratitude consciously are happier and healthier altogether. So, I have a little challenge for all of us!

For the next 30 days, we fill those days with enough moments of gratitude to make everyone spillover. It would be the most lovely thing!

To do this, you will write down your gratitude in a journal first thing every morning. And then, you’ll do it again just before you go to bed every night. Take stock and start thinking about the things that are amazing or joyful in your life.

It’s not necessarily about big things like a new client or huge job. It could just be something as sweet as a call from a family member or a hot latté on a cold morning. Any of those things bring joy to us, and when we appreciate and acknowledge them, it brings us more joy. It puts us in a place where we bring more abundance into our lives.

Watch the video above where I go in-depth about other ways to practice gratitude, like telling others we come in contact with during the day how much we appreciate them. This not only practices gratitude, but it helps change other people’s day for the better too.

Let’s make gratitude contagious – in a good way! We can live in a world where everyone can be appreciated for their differences and uniqueness. That’s the way it’s supposed to be.

Imagine a world where you knew it was going to be a great day when you wake up because no one bothered you. You love yourself. You enjoy getting to know who you are, and living with you is a great joy every day.
